Description

DyNAzyme™ EXT DNA Polymerase Kit is designed to provide superior PCR amplifications for long PCR and for all standard amplifications. Using the control template included, 20 amplifications can be performed with the 500 bp control template and primers or with the 20 kb control template and primers.

Fidelity

Relative fidelities of thermostable DNA polymerases

The fidelity of DyNAzyme™ EXT was compared with other enzymes and enzyme mixtures using the immobilized mismatch binding protein (IMBP) method. The lower the 0D450-value is, the better is the fidelity of the enzyme. Enzyme mix A is optimized for high fidelity; mix B for Long PCR and mix C for long and accurate PCR.

Components

DyNAzyme™ EXT kit is available in two sizes, with complete reagents for 100 or 500 long amplifications. For standard length amplifications, both kits will yield approximately double the number of total reactions. Both kits contain control primers and template for 20 standard or 20 long PCR control reactions.
