Our custom work pricing and terms?  For a simple theme not requiring templates (such as those required for frames or nested tables), our prices start at $200.  Custom themes requiring templates start at $300.  We do require a non-refundable 50% down-payment prior to beginning work, but we've yet to have a client complain over the downpayment who has contracted us for custom work!
