DyNAzyme™ II DNA polymerase kit is available in two sizes.
The small kit (F-551S) contains all necessary reagents for 100
amplifications of 50 µl each and the large kit (F-551L)
contains reagents for 500 amplifications. The kits also
contain control template (
DNA) and primers for 40 control reactions. A ready to use DNA
Size Standard (
DNA-Hind III and řX174 DNA- Hae III digest)
sufficient for 40 lanes is also included in the kits.
Kits include a control protocol for PCR.
To check the performance of the PCR
reaction, an amplification of 500 bp of l DNA can be made with the
control template and the control primers included in the DyNAzyme™
PCR kits. The complete control protocol is included in the kits.
