Description
DyNAzyme™ II Recombinant Enzyme is a thermostable DNA polymerase.
It is isolated and purified from an E. coli strain carrying a
plasmid with the cloned DyNAzyme™ DNA polymerase gene from Thermus
brockianus (F 500), which is a Finnzymes proprietary strain.
DyNAzyme™ II has a half life of 2.5 hours at 96 °C. DyNAzyme™ II lacks
3´--> 5´proofreading activity. DNA polymerase also contains 5´--> 3´
exonuclease activity. DyNAzyme™ II is purified free of contaminating
endo- and exonucleases.

DyNAzyme™ II DNA polymerase is supplied with 10 x buffer. 1 x
reaction buffer contains: 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.8 at 25 °C, 1.5 mM
MgCl2, 50 mM KCl, 0.1 % Triton® X-100.
Storage buffer
20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4 at 25 °C), 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 100 mM
KCl, 0.5 % Tween® 20, 0.5 % Nonidet P 40, 200 µg/ml BSA and
50 % glycerol.
Storage stability
Stable for at least 1 year. Recommended storage temperature -20
°C.
