Description

DyNAzyme™ I Native Enzyme is a thermostable DNA polymerase. It is isolated and purified from Thermus brockianus (F 500), which is a Finnzymes proprietary strain. DyNAzyme™ I has a half-life of 3 hours at 96 °C. DNA Polymerase also contains 5’-->3’ exconuclease activity. DyNAzyme™ I is purified free of contaminating endo- and exonucleases.

DyNAzyme™ I DNA polymerase is supplied with 10 x Optimized Buffer. 1 x reaction buffer contains: 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.8 at 25 °C, 1.5 mM MgCl₂, 50 mM KCl, 0.1 % Triton^® X-100.

Storage buffer
20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4 at 25 °C), 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 100 mM KCl, 0.5 % Tween^® 20, 0.5 % Nonidet P 40, 200 µg/ml BSA and 50 % glycerol.

Storage stability
Stable for at least 1 year. Recommended storage temperature -20 °C.
